Room was a good size and the balcony was a bonus.
Breakfast was a let down, the hot food was cold, and the room was cramped.

Friendly staff and very comfortable bed and pillows Was very accommodating to be able to leave the bags and use the toilets when we came to collect later in the day
Was in room 131 which had just been refitted so probably had done teething problems. The air con didn't seem to be working, it may have been me but I could get it to work. A table light on the desk would be good, it was a bit dark in that space. The left beds bedside cabinet was on the opposite side to where the plugs and light was, may be best to swap it over. I think the room was advertised as having a view which wasn't really correct. When the hotel is truly combined with the Winchester and the vegan brasserie it will be much better as though we could use the facilities it all felt a little confusing. Also the reception was a little tired and small. Finally as the lift shaft is glass it would be good to clean the top of the lift and inside the shaft as all the dust and dirt was a little off-putting when the rest of the hotel was so clean. It was a bit noisy with drilling in the morning but that clearly could not be helped whilst revocation works are ongoing. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great people & location unfortunately a bathroom (equipment and size) far below any descent standard
Great location, very calm close to Victoria. Very nice and friendly personnel excellent breakfast.
Very tiny bathroom , even to small for a single person in a room with 2 large beds (up to 4 people) and in really bad shape requiring full refresh / sanitary equipment replacement. The worst was the toilet requiring more than 10 min to refill between 2 flushes... Despite reporting the problem at reception it has not been fixed during our 3 days stay...
